recycled quilt

I made this bright quilt for a friend - Im love how bright it turned out.

I made this quilt as part of the fundraiser I did - I really love it. The rainbow polka dot batik is a fave of mine.

I made a quilt from a pattern in the book "Material Objects 2" Here are some pics of how mine came out -

Well - so much for flying Dutchman. I got working on the quilt and wanted to use this fantastic floral print. Im not practiced enough in quilt math to make the size geese I would have needed to make for the Dutchman. I need to learn curves.

This is not my quilt! I would like to make a quilt like this - but the white parts with be scrappy - and the squares will be strip pieced - and the centers might just be red.

Both of these quilts are the same pattern - just different color placements.
