How did that quilt?

The fleece quilted fine - no problems.

Ill wash it and let you know how it goes.

I woke up George and took a pic of him. Of course now he thinks he needs to go outside.

Those recycled tee shirt quilt go together well - I really love dots. Quilters dont like the way they finish because they ripple LOTS! Its frustrating to me, too --- but, after they get washed they get so comfortable the ripples dont show up the way they do on pieces quilts.

  1. Did you know that you are a no-reply-blogger meaning your e-mail isn't send along with the comments?

It would be a bit strange to answer your comment here as it would be completely out of context ...

That is interessting - so the jersey will just pull together again after it's washed? good to know I have one in the making a chess board with white normal cotton and t-shirt jerseys from old t-shirts. NowI know I can just quilt over them.

    1. Im not sure what you mean by no reply - Ill look at my preferences and see if I can see something that sounds like what your talking about. All of the ripples dont come out - but they relax and look less messy. I like working with recycled fabrics - and tee shirts come in so many colors.

  2. Found your blog through the quiltville mystery link up. I like your style of quilting. Visit my blog for lots of inspiration.

  3. Hi Shane (and George!), glad to see you joined the Quiltville linkey! Finally done and going to bed, almost 4 am here lol HdWen from the PatternReview site - in case this name didn't ring bells! Enjoy
